This step registers you on the system and officially begins your journey. Don't skip it. It's what connects you to your programme once it's ready.
Before your programme drops, know how to navigate it. This short tutorial walks you through everything so when the training is ready, you hit the ground running.
The more accurate and detailed you are here, the more precise your programme will be. This is where the assessment starts, before we have even spoken. Put the time in here and it pays back tenfold.
Once the consultation form is done, you will complete your Baseline Assessment across three areas. This is the foundation everything gets built from. The data that replaces guesswork with precision.
Part of the assessment is completed via a Tally form, and part is done inside the FITR app once you are set up. You will be guided through both.
This sets out what you can expect from me and what I expect from you. Coaching cannot start without this signed. Read it, mean it, sign it.
Every weekend, this is how we track progress, adapt the structure, and keep the standard rising. Save it somewhere you will find it. You will be using it every week.
Your programme is the structure. This tracks everything around it, the habits and behaviours that determine whether the training actually compounds. Open it, save a copy, use it.
If you already use MFP, skip this. If not, this short tutorial will get you set up correctly from the start so nutrition tracking integrates cleanly with your programme.
We test and establish a baseline across Strength, Fitness and Movement. This data dictates everything: volume, intensity and structure are built around your baseline, not a generic template. Most training skips this. That is why it drifts.
Progressive overload with deliberate intensity. Strength, conditioning and physique work programmed in parallel, not competing. Built around your life and adapted from your feedback every week.
Intentional recovery. Not optional, not earned, built in. This is where adaptation happens and the next phase gets loaded properly.
